Great kids. Great programs. Technology resources. Nice campuses.

Cons

There is a lack of funding in many areas. Put more money towards your teachers and less towards admin. The system very political and you aren't moving up unless you know the right people. Vertical alignmentioned is nonexistent in some core areas.
