-working with awesome sports & entertainment clients -most colleagues were a delight to work with and collab with -100% remote

Cons

-a lot of internal churn -no real sense of org structure -leadership is not organized -leadership does NOT value good employees -work/life balance is terrible, no boundaries

This is a company culture that's free of backstabbing and blaming. Everyone's here to get their work done. If something goes wrong, we pitch in and fix it. While deadlines for clients can sometimes cause issues, in general we know which direction we're headed and we stick to it. There generally aren't constant course corrections.
