Used to be a good place to work, no more!

Cons

This company does not care about their employees depending on which company you work for. We had a meeting recently where one of the leaders actually said “I don’t believe in employee morale” when asked a question about the poor quality of employee morale

Working remote is nice; some co-workers are wonderfully smart, kind, and competent; accountability is low so you can prob fly under the radar

Cons

Strategy is at odds with daily operations; lots of leadership egos; accountability is low so if you're competent you get to hold up the company

Creative coworkers and great clients, some great managers Work/life balance - I rated this 3 though because who your manager is and your role may cause this to vary.

Cons

When we were just one company and our values were different. Now it's all about money and leadership doesn't care about employees. Top heavy - so many people at the top and someone is receiving benefits from all of the rapid growth, but not employees. Also, being so top heavy, it's harder to grow. Low compensation (i've heard this from employees multiple companies) Unaffordable Healthcare It's obvious that ShowClix, on of the companies under Patron Tech, is the favorite
