I've been working here from Sept 2021-June 2022 (still working), this is my review based on my experience so far 1. Good Place to start a carrier 2. Allow a Graduate to work as an intern and with a provision for a full-time Job 3. Has a Good Culture overall 4. you can choose WFH/WFO also 5. A platform to upskill as a Professional 6. Your Ideas at work will be appreciated

Cons... 1. one must be quick to adapt as the workflow is Dynamic in nature, where the set and forget process won't work as things move more in an Experimental way. 2. Team is in the Building process and learning quickly in terms of management, a Person from an MNC will find it a bit difficult to adapt to a fast-moving Start up
