At Leap I feel work life balance is good. The team is coming up with improvements in terms of system integration and it makes life easier for our work to get it done on time. Also monetary benefits are good at Leap. They provide various support time IELTS coaching, SOP assistance and also have top notch Universities in their Kitty which makes it the best in the Industry

Cons

Counselors are currently processing for one destination and it would be better if they are allowed to process for 2 destinations at least with proper training provided
