      Pros

      Work environment is nothing but super cool in the organization. Though it's a startup, the team growth is rapid and so the company. Working with the team with great experience gives more exposure towards the industry and creating the opportunities ahead.

      Cons

      Though working from office is optional, there should be gatherings of the colleagues at least once in two months.
