Pros
The best thing about Leap Scholar is their initiative of providing a platform to deserving students for scholarships and grants. It is a good feeler to work in a company which just doesn't count profits as the only goal but looks at the larger picture and works to build a brand with strong core values. The work environment is positive and the employees are a great mix of people, incentives are quite rewarding.
Cons
As the company is about a year old and a relatively new set up , the work processes change very frequently which is time consuming.
