      Pros

      Work From Home, 5 working days only. Flexible timing, No micro managing, very helpful and supporting team. Work culture is also good.

      Cons

      The extra working hours, it can stretch upto 10 hrs a day just to finish the tasks. Workload is also there which in the long term can affect the productivity.
