      Offer better salary, diwali gift, free coffee and tea

      The main problem with tech team is managers. No idea how these people ended up in this position. Appreciation and promotion seem to reserved for the VP and his close associates, who receive them every year. If you are working here, don't try to correct them or argue, you will end up on black list. Just agree all.

      No code reviews No Learning Firing can happen at any time if the project is completed and there is no use for you, or it fails, which means even if the project succeeds or fails. You will get fired :)
