Pros

Nice building, families and kids are friendly. The good teachers are really good.

Cons

Company culture of unprofessional, unethical behavior. Management at corporate level is disappointing, manipulative and compulsive liars. If you report problems or issues to HR they will try to belittle you or make light of serious situations. They have a legal department, yet seem to be unaware of the laws they are violating on a daily basis. Long term teaching staff are lazy and underqualified, only pretend to care about their kids when the families are around, they know how to put on a good face and play the game. Licensing rules aren't followed.

Pros

Love the kids and their families. No weekend or late night hours.

Cons

Management is horrible. Curriculum is horrible it does not get the kids ready for kindergarten. No input or say on how your class is run when you are in their all the time and know the kids best.

Pros

You get to work with children and watch the learn and grow. You have a lot of freedom with the curriculum and can create some really great projects for the kids.

Cons

Do not have good benefits at all. They care more about making money than their employees. Spend a lot of money on new ideas that they end up changing and spending a lot of money on something else, instead of their hard working employees. Working with the kids is great but you never feel appreciated. Over time is never allowed so your hours get cut frequently.
