Pros

My co-workers are amazing! And we have a great time together. We're all very supportive of each other. The children are amazing! And seeing them from learning and growing is priceless.

Cons

We are a small staff so when someone calls in sick we all have to pick up the slack.

Pros

Fun employees, flexible hours, a steady rate of pay with good breaks. All holidays are off with pay. Good experience.

Cons

It can get very tiresome at times... You do not get paid breaks and have to stay much longer if some one calls sick.
