Pros
Super fun atmosphere, coworkers were great and the work was really engaging. Some new ideas are heard and can be quickly implemented, definitely felt like I was making a difference and having an impact on the org.
Cons
Pay isn't great and there's not much opportunity for growth Communication is all over the place; it was hard to determine who was in charge of what and who had what information. Was asked multiple times for information that was readily available in applications, some people refused to learn how to use particular applications. Some team members are resistant to change.
