I've worked at different companies, large and small. Ledcor cares about its people and it shows. The leadership at the company is strong, the culture is great, and the project is engaging.

Cons

Work/life balance can be a challenge, but it always is with projects of this size.

Steep learning, good exposure with respect to projects

Cons

Highly political. No consideration for the people that work there and no notion of work-life balance. Management has no sense of direction and is constantly looking for ways to blame people below to hide their flaws and their poor decision making.
