Pros

kind of decent at first, low-key people are good. If you realize this place is a stepping stone into something bigger and only stay for 1-2 years it's bearable.

Cons

Full of favoritism and unfair job practices, a rat race. From the minute you show some creativity or ambition to grow you'll be shut down. Run like a mafia, the whole "values" is a facade to entice people to join.
