Communication Breakdowns, Power Struggles & Endless Fire-Drills

Pros

Fair compensation, mostly great people, mostly helpful coworkers, and mostly creative problem solvers. There are/were A LOT of genuinely brilliant people working here.

Cons

Tenured management had little to no ability to plan/prioritize, fire-drills all day everyday, endless conference calls, little time to do actual work, terrible communication (despite all the calls), and quick to lay blame rather than work toward solutions.
