      Pros

      Great people, but don't know, what they don't know.

      Cons

      Leadership is passive. Hold your own or fail. They claim to have a great training program but it is the same cookie cutter training for every line of business from tech to FA to legal to MSP. The Strategic sales team says things like "BSM's don't reach out to C-level and decision makers. You office sales people only talk to HR/Talent acquisition and just get job orders from companies" - direct quote. Be prepared, direct hire is the focus. Forget quality. Forget process. Just call 300 companies in 90 days and find a job order.
