      Politics, favoritism, negative culture, cliquey, poor leadership, lack of structure/plan.

      9/80 schedule, high base pay, fully remote, good culture, good bonus plan.

      Cons

      Some outdated technology, turnover, metrics are a little high for industry, micromanaging.
