      Freedom, good commission pay, not very hard

      Cons

      No job security, I was recruited for this position and 7 months later they terminated it, right after moving us into a new office specifically to accommodate myself and another sales rep. Company is failing and job security is non existent. Insurance is expensive

      If you want the digital solutions necessary to drive results for your clients, you will find them here. They are open to new ideas and genuinely want to drive business for their customers. They also have some great people who do try to fight for you and that is why i stay.

      Cons

      They are a traditional media company struggling to transition. Feel like they forgot about the communities we serve. They are reactionary.
