Good editor who was sympathetic to my struggles finding stories Getting to go out and find stories and explore the beautiful surrounding region

Cons

Constant tight deadlines News can happen at any moment, at any hour of the day and you have to be a good of a reporter at 2 in the afternoon as your are at 2 in the morning
