They are some amazing people there.

Cons

Going downhill fast. No one knows what's happening, zero communication from the top and no career growth unless the person above you is fired/laid off. Culture is very negative and virtually non existent.

Over worked, underpaid. PTO and vacation days, even though earned after working here for over 15 years, are considered a privilege and are often denied. No weekends off and expected to answer your phone 24/7. No family time. Was called in to work the day of my daughter’s graduation party even though it was requested off. Favoritism and in house affairs were ignored by HR.

You get to work with some really smart, creative people who take a lot of pride in their work, despite the chips being stacked against them.

Cons

You're basically like a McDonalds employee, working a different schedule every week, and its virtually all second-shift hours. Everything else sucks too.
