Early morning hours fit in to the schedule the rest of your day. They need you more than you need them.

Cons

Poor pay, management doesn't care about you, bad work conditions such as bad weather,, hot warehouse to bag your papers in, have to pay for your own supplies and gas which make the job very very poor pay

Pros

This is a company that knows how to reward its employees. If you work hard and put in the effort, it will pay off big time. I've moved up very quickly in a short amount of time and I feel like I am constantly being recognized for all that I do. I definitely feel appreciated it's great to be part of team that sees your value. Also, the management team is amazing! They work very hard and it shows. Everyone is very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about the company and want to see it succeed. They do an excellent job of identifying high performers and make sure they work to develop and retain those employees. If you're lucky enough to get your foot in the door here and work hard, you will definitely go places!

Cons

More flexibility in work schedules would be great but that is definitely something I see coming in the future. Management seems very open to change and wants the best for their employees.
