      Declining Rapidly - Unfortunately not what it used to be

      Pros

      Co-Workers are great. Good local presence at events and in the community.

      Cons

      Corporate restructure of local markets causing reductions in force and great employees to be let go. Some Local senior management not being transparent. Lots of national articles in the last couple of months about the decline of the company, decline of stock and assets. All of this hurts the local staff because perception isn't good.
