Decent vacation time, flexibility with stories depending on management

Very low pay with a constantly increasing workload. Expected to always be on the clock but technically paid "hourly" and the company doesn't "do" overtime. (They do, technically, but in very rare cases. Normally, you're expected to work overtime as part of the job while being paid less than a liveable wage.)
