      Pros

      Remote work, unlimited time off, coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Mass lay offs have caused employees to be overworked with no relief. Everything constantly feels like it’s on fire so people feel like they have to work long hours just to get their work done. Many long-term employees have left recently. Some managers don’t seem concerned with the health/happiness of the remaining staff.

      Pros

      Some of my coworkers have been awesome and after quite a few years, there was a kind of decent pay raise.

      Cons

      Too much work for one person all of the time, the "use or lose it" PTO is awful, too many people wear too many different hats, there's zero communication within the company (which for a newspaper company, its crazy), and at this point, it feels like everything is on fire and burning to the ground around us.
