The paycheck is on time and is decent.

Cons

Very expensive health insurance for a family and for individuals. You are also not paid out the vacation you earned when you leave the company. The type of tools used in analysis are archaic and is very disconcerting to understand powerpoint is the best visualization tool available. The inability to purchase more advanced software will leave the company scrambling to stay afloat in future years. When a high school or junior college has more advanced software than you do, then it is time to rethink your overall strategies. Overall, very poor communication at my location with individuals unable to "commit" to anything. You are probably working with someone who graduated college before the year 2000 and sees Microsoft as the be all end all software company. Newspapers are getting close to their diminishing rate of returns and nobody in circulation seems to understand this.
