Constant changes in how you did your job, the local office was constantly adding more work to my job, but the employees never got to benefit financially, management treated the new employees better than their veterans. I worked there for 5 years, and should have had my choice of work hour schedule, over someone new (been their for 3 months).

After 20 years some coworkers are like family to me now.

Cons

Constant layoffs, no raises, doubled workloads, nepotism, no circulation department, incompetent and cowardly management, back-stabbing, school yard bullying tactics, no respect for local news, and enough corporate greed to drown the state of Texas .
