Standard benefits package, learn some graphic design principles

Cons

Hostile office culture, nepotism among higher ups, late hours/completely inconsistent schedule/work literally all holidays/PTO isn’t approved unless requested six months in advance. You will never get a raise. You will be stuck in the same position the whole time you are employed there. Pay is hourly and very low.

Pay was good.......that is all.

Cons

Benefits are atrocious and management is horrendously out-of-touch with employees. There were no yearly reviews/pay increases until someone from my team actually contacted higher management. Stocks are plummeting and the company is bleeding out money while board members and CEO continue to rake in the money. Newspapers are dying and I can only see this ship continue on it's inevitable path of completely sinking.

They seem to care about quality.

Cons

Backbiting, devious local management who tells middle managers to cut overtime - which is illegal - and then throws the middle manager under the bus, despite the repercussions. Low pay to rank-and-file employees!
