      The benefits. My director is the best I have worked for in years and I have worked in my field for 20 years..

      competetive pay, good work hours

      Cons

      Management needs training, customer service is lost when volume increases, it seems employees can get away with anything as long as management does not know-but when management is avised, retaliation is possible

      Good benefits, good new nurse intern program

      Cons

      No opportunity to transfer after realization that I was not up to par with management standards in emergency department, required that I remain employed for two years and forced to pay training fees after involuntary termination
