It is a VERY scary situation in such a beautiful brand new hospital. There NEEDS to be a COMPLETE Manager Overhaul, get out all the old drama trouble makers and get new change for the better, the patients deserve it and so does the employees. The CNA to Patient ratio also needs to be lowered for safety reasons.
