Was a good place to work when leadership aligned with the vision& mission.

Cons

Newer leadership consistently demonstrated poor examples of acceptable behavior & nothing was done to address it. Long term employees were instead, bullied & sometimes terminated. Many others feared retaliation, so they tolerated the behavior

Decent place to work.

Pros

The doctors and experienced PAs in the group are very supportive and helpful towards new grads.

Cons

Pay is decent for a new grad in Florida. Once you have experience the pay is not competitive compared to other practices. Leadership makes it abundantly clear that their PAs are not a priority and are expendable. It's a shame because the physicians and PAs that work in the practice are a pleasure to work with.
