      Try to earn some useful experience here, then leave as soon as you find a better opportunity.

      Cons

      I hate the work environment of this company. There's too much workplace and toxicity among the managers and employees, and these are causing immense stress on me. The management is very disrespectful and rude, and employees aren't expected by anyone from the leadership. That's why we don't respect the leadership as well.

      The company was growing at a fast pace. So, many people, including me, were assure of getting several career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The top management is awful. They don't believe in sticking to the job descriptions. They want employees to work brutal, stressful, long, and exhausting hours to ensure that they keep earning money. It was a ridiculous approach that led to chaos and discontent among employees.
