Lots and lots and lots of mandatory overtime. Divorce your wife and abandon your kids before you start so you won't have to later.

Cons

High level management is terrible and getting worse. Despite the positive image being spun by various company officers, the truth is that the majority of employees are treated quite poorly. Manufacturing engineering is undestaffed. No long term vision. If there is a vision, it is not communicated. Employees are leaving in massive numbers due to feeling mistreated and disrespected by management.

It's a decent company for building your career foundation.

Cons

The main problem with this company is that it has a very unprofessional work environment. Most other things are at least decent, but the extreme unprofessionalism is very problematic for most employees. The way the managers invade the personal boundaries of the employees is really concerning.
