      I had a lot of fun in the beginning, but as the novelty has worn off, my enthusiasm has waned, and I began questioning whether or not it is still enjoyable.

      Cons

      The CEO's management style was widely considered as extremely unfavorable and loathed among the employees, causing a lot of stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction among the team. The constant chaos and lack of structure made it burdensome for employees to perform their duties efficiently and effectively, leading to a decline in morale and productivity within the company.

      There are no pros to working at this company. The upper management has made some terrible decisions, and we all suffer!

      Cons

      The workplace had some VERY RUDE, ARROGANT, AND DISRESPECTFUL managers who were good for nothing. These evil people even fake that they work very hard, but they don't do that. Instead, they take credit for the work others have done. It was awful! The top management didn't do anything about this ridiculous situation despite knowing all about it. It was horrible!

      Aside from the learning experience, there's nothing positive to gain in this company.

      Cons

      The pay here is unreasonable, yet the managers have the gall to ask a lot from the employees. Their expectations are really unrealistic. They give a lot of responsibilities to the employees, and they want us to do various tasks very well despite them not being included in our original job description.
