There's a high turnover rate in this company, and it's because of the toxic work environment. The employees don't often last in this place because of the high amount of pressure from the management. Employees are forced to perform perfectly well and never be late, which really takes a toll on our mental and physical well-being.

Pay is very low. You can get a higher paying job being a cashier at a retail store. They want you to work very hard and work overtime hours without compensaation and recognizing your value. They are constantly hiring new people since everyone keeps quitting. Unless you are on the verge of being homeless - do not apply here.
