Did interview with this company, lady interviewer said you will have to work 7-5:30. I thought it would be like some companies letting you work Monday to Thursday, turns out it's required every weekday, Monday to Friday. I was like what kind of company makes everyone work that many hours when you know there's that much work covering all those hours. The CEO just wants to control every employees working those hours maybe because he needs to and wants everyone there. Load of crap. Don't apply

There is room to grow if you are willing to kiss up to management, free coffee and kitchen available for anyone to use.

My job was to create drawings and paintings all day and I loved it. All my coworkers had great attitudes, happy to help, and very easy to get along with. The facility was modern, lunches were delicious, and the company functioned efficiently

Cons

Management gave conflicting directions, and when confronted about it, they just flattly said, "get used to it". They ended up letting me go during my trial period and when they asked why, they said the quality of my work wasn't very good. When asked to clarify, they simply said, "its not something you can easily quantify" and left it at that. They don't give any deadlines for work, so if they need something rushed to completion, its very difficult to pace how fast and how detailed you should work.
