I don’t have any pros.

Cons

The job was far from what was written in the contract, Management and head clinical don’t care about you and just care about how well you write insurance reviews. The treatment center falsely promises clients plane tickets and advertises themselves as a luxury facility. They make employees do so much out of their job descriptions. Management and business development are anti semetic. I would not recommend anyone work here or send their loved ones here.

Facility is beautiful. Benefits are great.

Cons

Big Brother atmosphere. Supervision very disorganized and reactionary, always an atmosphere of crisis. More of a cleaning /janitorial position than recovery related.
