The only pros what I know is the free coffee

The worst experience I ever had. No carrer growth for educated peoples Poor management Unofficial rules and regulations. Even with 200% productivity, 100% accuracy, and perfect time management, They will extended your probation just for a single leave. If you late by 1 minute, they will apply a half day leave for you. Very unfair. No humanity. Please dont ruin your own carrer path.
