Pros

Good inside office environment , carrom board , table tennis. Will be swapped frequently within the team. Which i see a benefit since we can learn something, Management is good.

Cons

Bad Outside Office environment. No parking allowed inside the premises. The road connecting the office is one way. Hence it will be difficult to reach the office daily. No work from home, mobiles are not allowed inside the office. Mobile will be asked to be keep outside near the reception area in a "shared" locker. Leave benefits can be better, Will be forced to work on weekends[but the good thing is salary will be provided for the extra working day].
