      People you work with closely

      Cons

      Pay and management. Goals will change after the month closes which will reduce your payouts, you get more responsibilities outside your role with no additional pay. When bringing things to HR, nothing is done and you are told to deal with it.

      Pros

      The company really respects work-life balance, and I never feel bad about taking time off when I need it. Having the option to work remote most days is great, but I also like being able to go into the office when I want to be around others. The office itself is cozy and comfortable, and the benefits are honestly some of the best I’ve had. Overall, it feels like a supportive place that values people and understands that personal life matters too.

      My journey over the past three years at LegalZoom has been incredibly fulfilling. Honestly, it's been such an amazing experience. The leadership team here is incredible, they genuinely care about what we think and actually act on our feedback, which is pretty rare. I've gotten to work with some seriously talented people across different teams, and watching the company grow so much has been really cool to be part of. The benefits package is truly comprehensive and competitive, which shows the company's genuine investment in employee wellbeing.

      Cons

      As the company has grown rapidly, communication across departments can sometimes feel a bit siloed, it would be great to see more cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
