      This is a great company with a positive work environment and it's also a fun place to work at.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime but few bonuses; work 10 hours per day.

      Pros

      Legalzoom provides an all inclusive environment with generous benefits as well as an opportunity to grow. Provides the proper challenges for personal and organizational change. It is a wonderful place to work remotely.

      Cons

      Many candidates do not like change. Legalzoom is an ever evolving business model and with that comes the challenge to pivot. Many candidates come with the mentality to have Legalzoom conform to there work style, rather than adapting their work style to Legalzoom systems and procedures.

      Pros

      Great people surround you and you're working towards an amazing mission, the only challenge we have is picking which opportunities to chase first. LZ is a smaller company so you have many opportunities to work on different projects and teams. There's little room for politics or over-processing things, and a lot of opportunity to make a big impact, try different approaches and get things done. It's easy to recognize bright stars in a smaller company where everyone has the power to make an impact.

      Cons

      We're still working through a lot of legacy issues that require patience and clean up so certain things that should be easy aren't yet that simple (but those challenges can be fun too!)
