      Great place to work remotely

      Pros

      Remote work. Good benefit plan. Good people. Fair. Good clients. Consulting calls are rewarding. Basic & simple SMLLC and small S-corp clientele. Young company. Tax division is only 100 members. Nimble and adjusting to growth.

      Cons

      Long hours during tax season. Transitioning to new (hopefully) better and more efficient tax software and systems.

      *Team collaboration *Authentic open door culture *High learning and growth environment *Benefits - Never seen better health insurance plans anywhere else

      Cons

      I can't really think of any cons. I wish the company still offered a wellness week off but they did add those days to our already generous PTO. It would be nice if the company paid for all members of a team to meetup in person at least once a year instead of just management.

      Inclusive culture. High value add projects across every team. Empowerment. Pretty good pay and rewards for strong performance. Fully remote work environment with periodic travel for team offsite events. Solid work-life integration.

      Cons

      Strategic cohesiveness at VP+ level. Some communication silos. R&R clarity across sub function teams.
