      You'll work with kind people, receive good pay, and have the opportunity to wear many hats as it grows.

      Cons

      It's transitioning into being a good tech organization, with lots of frustrating kinks to work out. Not yet an environment for building great experiences.

      Great people, interesting/satisfying work, remote first, good leadership.

      There are a lot of fast moving projects and teams and the communication between teams isn't always great.
