Pros

Customer service is great, straight answers, friendly people, very knowledgeable. The process to form a business is quite simple and super quick.

Cons

There are a lots of hidden fees that are not explained while you are completing your order. I don’t feel it’s appropriate to pull money out of accounts in the middle of the night with no warning.

Pros

- Almost everyone has a positive, can-do attitude which makes collaborating both rewarding and fun - Corporate services team (non sales & care) is actually a relatively small group of employees so you end up getting to know your coworkers well and operating in a close-knit environment - Great for self-starters looking to own a "chunk" of the business as there is plenty to build (and fix) - Executives (including C-level) are very passionate and involved in most strategic decisions so even junior employees have opportunities to gain visibility and learn from senior leadership - Many employees that I work with (including all of my team's leadership) have families which lends itself to a healthy respect for work-life balance - "Remote-first" working style also reinforces work-life balance and flexibility - Performance process for our team feels structured and fair; my perspective is that most employees are rewarded for their work adequately - As a woman and a mother, have found it a very supportive and warm place for women to work - Very little gossiping and cliqueness that I've observed

Cons

- There's no lack of work to go around, so this is not the type of place where you can "fly under the radar" if you are not pulling your weight - Because C level and execs are SO passionate and involved in most aspects of the business there are frequently last minute changes in strategy for big projects. Frequent shifts in priorities can have negative impacts on teams as almost-delivered work must be sidelined or redone - Haven't been here long enough to fully understand career progression, but get the sense that for most people promotions are a slow roll - Leadership does not seem to have very much patience for employees that are bringing the team down either because they aren't pulling their weight or because they are negative / not team-players; I've seen people join and transition out quickly (though not unexpectedly) as a result
