Business Outlook
Pros
Remote work was available when I worked there. Even though it's an established 20+ company there was still a startup culture because of several new initiatives and changes in top leadership. The benefits were amazing, and they hired hard working, flexible, integrus people so the connection with co-workers was great.
Cons
Vague direction at times which caused projects to take one direction and then need to quickly pivot midstream. Loyal top performers were slowly let go and replaced by less experienced outsourced individuals. There seemed to be an assumption that everyone within the company shared the same liberal mentality and messages and narratives were expressed that didn't leave any room for any conservative deviation.
