It's truly a "we're all in this together" environment, where out-of-the-box thinking is not only encouraged but genuinely valued, all while maintaining a strong sense of pragmatism to achieve outstanding business results. What stands out even more is how inclusive LegalZoom is. This isn't just a company that talks about its operating values—it lives them. These values are truly integrated into our projects, initiatives, and even our everyday conversations – becoming part of our common language, which is something you don't often see. The team here is exceptionally smart. We have the right people in the right places, and that makes a real difference in our ability to achieve new heights.

Cons

Like any company, we are always learning and won't always get it right on the first try. However, we have strong strategic pillars that are clearly aligned with the work being done, and I have immense trust in the direction we're headed, even as we navigate challenges.

the culture was awesome before they sold and went public.

Cons

Massive layoffs after going public. Commission Restructuring for those that survived massive layoffs to slash pay dramatically. Went from making about $75,000 with commissions to less than $40,000 yearly doing double the work than when I started.
