Pros

looks and feels positive and promising for few years

Cons

There are many negtive comments already there already detailed what the tech leaders are, but it takes time to find out, some evidences: Incompetency can be verified by numbers like the AWS costs, at least 90% are just wasting money, and it's there for years, the infrastructure are in such a mess, no one knows how many RDS clusters are costing mils every month. When there is a problem the tech leads will try to use video/voice calls, because sending texts like slack/emails/jira will leave evidences that they can't say "I didn't mean ..." You keep trying, keep failing, and will eventually find out it's determined long time ago, that you are just a tool, they steal your ideas/code and let someone of their own to implement with actual permissions ... but no one tells, because it's secretly done by secret undertable private group.

Greedy C-Suite = Toxic Culture

Pros

-It's a job -Salary is ok until they decide to cut you to hire your position at a lower rate -Benefits are nice -Remote -Some decent co-workers

Cons

-VPs are foot soldiers of the C-Suite and will throw their own team members under the bus to save their own bonuses and scapegoat "low performers." They will make lists and fire anyone who challenges the questionable operations and blatant favoritism. -Poor leadership. Pro-tip: If you want to keep your job for a bit here, make sure you figure out how to suck up to your boss. It doesn't matter if you're working overtime, finishing all your tasks quickly and efficiently you will get marked on performance if you are not well-liked or socializing the way VPs want. Fake it if you can, play relationships carefully but most of your co-workers are also going to be snitching on your to your boss out of fear of losing their own jobs. Trust no one. -Mass layoffs, firings with absolutely no transparency or accountability from leadership. I'm sure there have been lawsuits and complaints filed against this company for unethical firing practices. -Extreme burnout, roles may be remote but they will overload you and have you working through the entire day with no breaks.

Pros

Uncapped commission and remote work flexibility.

Cons

Virtually all that can be thought of, poor IT, outsourcing of just about every function, poor direct management, disconnected C-Suite and above all, pathological lying.
