Pros

They did end up paying all employees for all unpaid Overtime hours. They made everyone sign a letter stating that they would not pursue any lawsuits in exchange for payment.

Cons

Management still denied they did anything wrong. They presented the after hours "training" as voluntary, with the promise of more pay and corporate advancement. Who's going to say No to this. Everyone "volunteered" even though they knew this was not right.

Pros

None. The Managers and Director of the Outbound and Inbound sales team have relocated to the Texas location. They individuals should really reflect on how they have treated their teams. One of the Managers also preaches about being a God fearing Christian. This really gives Christians a bad name if he is one.

Cons

It's all about the bottom dollar. This company has been trying to go IPO for awhile. If you plan to invest in this company I strongly urge you not to. It is like working for a Korean sweatshop. You are constantly in fear of losing your job. No bonuses and very very low commissions. They are trying to turn this downward spiral around but it's too late. Many many people if not fired were forced out. They will make your life miserable if they don't want you there. If I can only tell you the stories....

Pros

Great corporate culture, cool people, awesome C level officers especially CEO, team atmosphere (mostly) plus the free drinks and occasional free food I work in corporate so guess I'm the only non-call center non-fulfillment review, but I love working for this company, my team kicks butt and my boss is awesome. The company is trying to go public so there are lots of pressure, on everyone from CEO to directors to managers like myself to the call center and fulfillment reps, that's to be expected. I turned down a higher title with better pay to stay here and I'm all about money and title!

Cons

Smaller company so resources are still kind of tight, easier to get hired at higher title than to be promoted within. Hope I made the right decision by staying here
