      Pros

      The only pro is that this experience has shown me exactly what kind of company LegalZoom is, and I now know to take my business and recommendations elsewhere.

      Cons

      LegalZoom has shown a complete lack of regard for employee loyalty and ethical business practices. They abruptly laid off their entire sales team without notice, outsourced the roles to cut costs, and are now rebuilding while blackballing former employees. Their treatment of workers speaks volumes about their values.

      In my experience at LegalZoom, I have had leaders who prioritize employee growth and professional development from day one. I feel supported in my growth and am empowered to use my voice to make improvements to various initiatives and processes. I’ve watched colleagues transition into higher roles and different departments, which not only boosts morale but also creates a sense of community.

      Cons

      I believe that further enhancing communication around decision-making processes, especially during times of change, could strengthen this already solid foundation of transparency.

      The benefits are fantastic Free gym membership 88 hours of PTO Paid travel expenses to the office

      Cons

      N/A Not really any from the employer directly. You will from, time to time, get yelled at; as it is a retention role. So sometimes the customers you speak with are upset.
