Pros

Great mission, products, and culture. Benefits continue to improve. A lot of talented people and teams that work really well together. CEO is smart. Company has a bright future.

Cons

Some mis-alignment within the C-team. CMO is smart but tends to micromanages people inside and outside her department. Is challenging to work with and a source of frustration for many.

Pros

- cool people - cool office - cool views - cool gym - cool neighborhood - great lunch choices (outside the office) - extremely professional ecommerce environment loaded up with some of the brightest people I've worked with - frequent offsites for both managers and individual contributors - emphasis on training and emerging technologies

Cons

- internal communications well established but has a long way to go - cohesiveness - business units need to work together more - lack of internal process (sometimes feels like a startup company)
