Pros

Schedules of 4×3 gives you more time off on your weekends. Pay is somewhat above other pharmaceuticals nearby. Benefits are fine for insurance, PTO. 401k, etc.

Cons

Lack of supplies to perform your duties normally, then management expects to have things done on a timely manner. Regardless of what the issue is, if you're an operator, the blame is on you. Lack of communication between departments makes it harder for problem solving.
